I am very limited on what I can do since I broke my hand
Today and yesterday I did 20 mins on the crazy yellow ellipical on level 10.
Then 10 mins on the sit back bike level 7.
Then:
ab twists with a 10lb weight.
50 air squats with a weighted jacket 17.4lb
150 air squats
Next week I will find out if I can have any real weight in my left hand than I will be able to do mix up my exercises with a row. Been trying to give the shoulder a break as well so haven't done any type of shoulder exercise in 2 weeks.
