I need to warm up less. I started with 3 sets of 95lb should have only done 2.

  1. I'm going to take a stab at this and say that your rest time was not 2-4 minutes between sets? you have to allow for full recovery when executing max effort lifts... Keep at it...

  2. I did rest about 2+ minutes if not more..

    My muscles get tired too fast if I do too much of a warm up.
