1 Deadlift
1 Hang power clean
1 front squat
1 push press
1 back squat
1 push press
This WOD is untimed. Complete 5 rounds attempting to go up in weight each round.

Did 5 rounds at 45lb

  1. Why didn't you go up in weight are start at a lighter weight so you could go up in weight? I know you can do at least 75lbs on all those exercises...
