    My one rep max on Back Squat was 125lb a month ago and 120lb 3 times.

  2. The Snatch is impressive noting that back in Oct you couldn't OHS 45lbs more than once... Now what's up with the band on pull ups? You just did Fran Rx'd now your back on a band?

  3. It was Chest to bar...I struggle to get my chin over....It would have taken 30 mins to chest to bar.
